Prevx Full or Hitman Pro?

If I were to purchase one, what one would ya'll suggest?

 

Tempted to say Hitman Pro out of principal alone, as I don't like the Prevx business model, but Prevx paid is solid.

 

Prevx has SafeOnline available, which is effective against the keylogger genre, drive-bys, etc. AFAIK, Hitman lacks an equivalent.

Prevx operates in real-time and on-demand. AFAIK, Hitman is on-demand only.

 

Well Prevx has an engine in HMP but HMP does not have realtime protection only on boot up or On-demand as for the Paid version of Prevx has realtime protection and with the added feature of SafeOnline your banking and other browsing would also be protected, should you get infected they will help you clean your machine free of charge! I myself have both and I use HMP for On-Demand scans when necessary.

Prevx, as Hitman Pro only requires a license to remove malware. Prevx requires one to prevent malware from infecting your system. I personally use both, and have never had a non-fp detection with Hitman Pro. You really only benefit from purchasing a license to Hitman Pro if it finds some malware, although some might do so preemptively out of support for the software.

Really cheap . Is it actually possible to install the full version of PrevX (with removal and detection etc) but WITHOUT any SafeOnline (Free) component? Since I don't like programs doing fancy things with my browser, also don't need it. Also just a disabled SafeOnline Free is not enough for me, I don't wanna see any trace of SafeOnline on my pc .

 

Use the command line switch /prop SECUREB=N

eg. prevxcsifree.exe /prop SECUREB=N
