Prevx CSI Crash On installation? Vista 64bit

I'm trying to install a paid version of Prevx CSI or 3 but I just get the following error as soon as I hit install:

Can anyone help with understanding what that means above. Am running

Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit SP2 all latest updates.

Can you try using our uninstall tool from http://info.prevx.com/download.asp?grab=csiuninstalltool and then rebooting your computer and trying again?

If the issue persists, let us know and we'll investigate it further

Thanks for the answer but used the uninstaller to no avail. I still get the crash as soon as you hit install. The 32bit is fine on my XP but the 64bit version is no go with Vista.
