    Hi Joe,

Today when I booted up my Laptop Prevx ask me to Reinstall for what reason I don't know why and so I let it do it but this time it installed just on C:\Prevx not in C:\Program Files\Prevx so I uninstalled and Rebooted and clean the left over file folders and reinstalled and it went back into C:\Program Files\Prevx as it should by default and so far it's OK but very strange o_O And this is not the first time and had this happen 3 or 4 months ago but only the 1 time so this is why I had mention it now!

Have you changed any software configuration recently or installed any new programs? It is possible that some program could have changed the system folder location for your global application data storage folder which would cause Prevx to lose its proper installation status, but this would be a fairly rare occurrence (although I have seen this multiple times before on different user's PCs).

    Let me know! :)
