Prevx 3.0 is #1 @ Correcting False Positives

    Who here agrees that Prevx 3.0 and its corporation is the best in terms of handling false positives in a very timely manner? The few FPs I've had over the year and half I've used Prevx, they always change the determination within like 24 hours or less.

    Compare that to ESET, a company I still respect and like, but they took a week and never actually responded and acknowledged me.

    Or compare that to your typical Norton, McAfee, and all the others. My cousin is a game developer and has new files constantly and when he shipped his game that he tested for a long time many traditional AVs marked it as false positively a piece of malware, and he had to scramble and contact ALL major AV companies and tell them to urgently fix it and some of them, McAfee especially, didn't even respond to him at all. Norton took weeks to respond. ESET nor Prevx were dumb enough to say his file was a virus.

    I just feel that Prevx is the # 1 in terms of fixing FPs. And part of that is attributed to their cloud system.

    No doubt about it, Prevx is top in the speed of fixing FP's, by a long long way :thumb:

    I know of no other current vendor who jumps as quickly as they do. In fact they can be so fast sometimes, if you blink you'ld miss it, well sort of :D

    Reporting a false positive to Prevx means you'll even get a personal message back from the staff within hours! Not just some sort of automated reply saying they'll look into it.

    I just reported an FP to Prevx and they responded within 3 minutes!! Wow...:thumb: Fastest ever response from an AV company.
