hi joe....i got this pop up and that too for the first time ....any idea ?

 

Have you had any problems with malware or is there some other security app that you are using that could cause this? This is a good strange one

Running v3.0.5.74 here, TH. No auto-update has occurred for me. Is this something that just gets pushed out when it gets pushed out? I do have "Automatically download and apply updates" enabled.

I have a dream today. I dreamed that PrevX "check for Updates" button was working correctly

 

Nor for me. 'Check for Updates' didn't indicate there was a new version either. However, downloading the installer from prevx.com worked.

 

I use check updates link on application but it still gives error from 12 hours. You are using the newest 3.05.74, is there a delay on somewhere?

 

No auto updates for me either.

 

You need the release candidate version of prevx to check for new beta updates!

I think .80 is a beta release so it won't auto update for everybody.

 

I think it's a non-beta release........i just installed it on a new PC taking it from the download section of PrevX site

auto update is always behind in the latest versions, best way is to just leave it alone and let it do it all automatically.

This is due to trying to figure out any major bugs that 'could/may' appear without pushing out the update to everyone, basically.... creating carnage.

its a safe net for most people, and the auto update will arrive usually within 24 hours i think.

I download and install on top of old version, everything sticks and no changes have to be made manually.

prevx has been automatically updated to this new version.

Any information from prevx? For example a log with the new changes. Usually, PrevxHelp creates a new thread every time a new version is released.
