I hardly know anything about hardware security, and am facing the following challenge: I will be releasing (likely SoC-based) devices with sensitive information stored on them (in flash memory). The question is how I can make (at least some of) the data on the devices as duplication-resistant as possible. More than concrete solutions I need at this stage directions for research and investigation.

    Thanks.

I think we need more information.

What do you mean by "duplication-resistant"? Do you mean so no one can copy it on to their computer?

If users need to read this data, it is hard to prevent them from copying it.

I, for sure, would encrypt it.
