Posting log file to remove spyware error

I am having the same problem as many others. This board is the only help I could find on this subject. I am getting this error when I start IE

Detected SPYware! System error #384

and when I close it another window pops up with my iso information. I tried changing my home page but gets reset to this error again. I followed the instructions by using ad-aware, but no luck. Please helpl. Thank you.

Hi Kram,

Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
