Is there any update that contain all updates released after SP2?

I hate waiting all the time until computers download all updates.

I remeber that MS released this kind of update after SP1.

That type of update is usually refered to as a "roll up". And, no, to the best of my knowledge a post SP2 update is not available. I think it was mentioned in another thread that one may not be made. Instead there will be an SP3 released around the same time as Vista. If you are interested in getting the post SP2 updates may I suggest a program called Belarc Advisor (free for home use). http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html It will show you both the installed and uninstalled Hot Fixes. It will also provide links to the MS download site for each one. I recently had occassion to do a fresh install of XP on a machine. Already have SP2 on CD. Then using Belarc I downloaded and burned all post SP2 Hot Fixes to CD as well. A little time consuming but worth it in the long run.
