Add the file/folder to the trusted zone.

But it may also be worthwhile in sending the suspected FP (give them a link to the software) to the VirusLab; newvirus@kaspersky.com and they will double-check whether its a FP or not.

If you suspect a false positive, then include "Possible false positive" in the subjectline of your email.

Hopefully Don will pass by and comment on the above.

"riskware" doesn't mean its a virus or malicious file, it simply means that it has the potential to be dangerous and it can be used for malicious activity (in this case probably sending virus to mobile or getting virus from mobile, i'm not 100% sure).

Basicaly, if a file on your PC is a riskware, there a single rule you should follow:
If you know its clean and it came from a legitimate source, add it to exclusions (of FileAV and scans)
If you're not sure where the file came from or are not sure about the legitimacy of the source, send it to the VirusLab or block it
