   Can I ask how do I specify Looknstop to open a port say 4662 tcp/udp
   so that if I test the port online at a web site brings back a reset signal before the timeout occurs!

   are you saying you want to "close" the port (give the answer state closed) instead of stealthing a port (give no answer) ?
