Popups, even after spybot AND adaware... hijackthis log enclosed

    my friend's comp keeps on getting these random popups that occur at the rate of somewhere around 25-30 an hour. I have cleaned the system using spybot S&D and Adaware. ran hijackthis, but have noclue what is good and what is bad, here's the log:

    Have Hijack This fix all of the following by placing a check in the appropriate boxes and hitting fix checked. Make sure all browser and all Windows Explorer windows are closed before fixing.
