pop email? How do I do that?

    I was looking at this thread

    and in post # 2, there is a link to submit malware samples or something like that. Anyway, when I clicked the link, the image below is what came up for an email address, which has come up alot of times before. What is this email called? My server email is a road runner email address. Is that what I use?
    I got stuck on the part where it said to enter an email address. Does that mean enter an email I already have, or a new one? Also I am stuck where it asked for a pop, server info. Can someone help me out with this. I don't know what @example.net means (if it's a new email) , or what pop address means. :rolleyes:

    No, I have Road Runner internet, and email.

    Your name would be the same as you use now. Your email address would be the same as you have now.

    You need to get the locations of the incoming and outgoing servers. You can go to help and it will probably give you that info.

    Locate help for your RR account and it will give you that info for your city.

    Don't know if your Email is the same as mine Sonya, but if you go to your Email..Click 'Tools'...Click 'Accounts' and then 'Properties', you should find all the info you need........

    pop3 server address= pop.your isp providers name. net (note: NET)


    password= your password
