    "Error downloading policy configuration"

The tech I spoke to said to uninstall/reinstall ERAC and I'd rather not do that, if possible.

My polices are all backed up to .xml so I don't mind losing them. What I do mind is the chore of uninstall/reinstall.

Has anyone seen a workaround for this error message?

    Thanks,
    JJJ

    Hello JoeyJoeJoe,

From the information provided my reply would also be to uninstall/reinstall. Can you please send me a personal message with your case number and I will take a look to see if there is more information to go off of. You can PM me by clicking on my user name and selecting send a personal message.

    Thank you,
    Richard
