I sent a PM to PrevxHelp on 19th Sept at 9:15am, but have not yet received a reply. I was only wondering if there was a backlog of issues and the response was simply delayed, but just wanted to be sure in case it hadn`t arrived for whatever reason and I`m sat here waiting for a reply that will never happen. It had my license information in it so also wanted to be sure it didn`t go astray
