Plugin Language update & Translation files.

Hi All,

The plugin language has been updated to simplify the .lng file management.

Now, it is possible to get these files directly from the plugin. Another enhancement is about the update of .lng files. The plugin now verifies the VERSION field of the .lng file to check for an update directly on Internet (using the UPDATE field or a default Look 'n' Stop site location).
