Pluggable transports and obfuscated bridges?

    When I installed the pluggable transports and obfuscated bridges for Tor it made several changes to my PC. Does anyone know what sort of changes these are and if they are safe?

    Did you find anything about those two topics at torproject.org? That would be the first place I would look for information on those two topics, as they would have the information before they deploy it to users.
