PLS HLP ME my LCD hp pavilion f1503 moniter

my LCD hp pavilion f1503 moniter has gone bad,.....the coloration has caused the brightness to go waaaay to dark.....also when i do auto config on the moniter it fixes it for 7 secs then goes back the same way



can someone PLEASE help me with this issue......

also if i somehow posted this in the wrog place i apologize

 

Have you tried it on another computer? or with another cable?

If the monitor is still dark, it could be the monitor itself.

It is a problem with the monitor. I have an HP f1703 without problems so far but has a known manufacturing defect.
It's nearly impossible to find, but there is an extended warranty for my monitor, and there should be one for yours too. It is good for replacement 27 months after the date of manufacture.

You should look at the back of your monitor and write the serial and all info you can get and contact HP Support immediately. You may be able to get it exchanged or repaired.
