Those are only your running processes; we're missing three quarters of the log.

Please post the entire thing, or we'll not be able to help.

With all browser windows closed, check, and have Hijack This fix the following items:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {0000607D-D204-42C7-8E46-216055BF9918} - (no file)

    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-AA8E-8E1CA787AD2D} - (no file)

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [rmscyprtxcwv] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\xyegugt.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [SpyKiller] C:\Program Files\SpyKiller\spykiller.exe /startup

Start your computer in Safe Mode, and delete the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\xyegugt.exe file

NOTE: To avoid the risk of it not being found due to it having the 'Hidden' attribute, first make sure that in Folder Options > View hidden and operating system files are set to show.

Restart your computer normally, and post a fresh log.

And I strongly advise you to get rid of SpyKiller. In addition to producing loads of False Positives, it won't detect much of anything at all, and I believe it will charge you $29.95 if you actually want to have it remove what it found...
    Uninstall through Add/Remove Programs!

Both Ad-Aware and SpyBot S&D do an incomparably better job, and they're freeware!
