Please please can someone help me.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem with a browser Hijacker as this person did in the thread below:

Here's a logfile from HijackThis of the problems that came up:

Just wondering like in thread I've posted whether someone could tell me the necessary items to check and delete, and whether any program files need to be deleted in the C./ drive. I'd be so so grateful if someone could help as it's become a real hassle.
