Since your AV detected this, it might be able to remove it. If you could post more details (OS, AV installed, etc, that would be helpful) Using your AV, the first thing I would do is a complete system scan. If you can boot the computer in Safe Mode, I would run it from there. The odds of removal are better while in Safe Mode. Others will be along shortly, I'm sure.
It's not a virus but a trojan, but there are various versions and names, to add to the confusion. See this very understandable instruction and the screenshot here Might be another version, as i do know a Ddos RAT.Inor.Dropper TDS locates it. Also visit an online scanner like www.ravantivirus.com in case we're talking about W32.Inor.A for example.
