    Hello,

    You have purity scan. Also other craps.

    First download Ad-Aware and Spybot S & D and check for updates for both.
    Run Ad-aware and let it fix what it finds. Reboot. Now run Spybot and let it fix if it finds anything.

    You are running hijackthis out of a temporary directory. Can you please create a folder in My Documents and call it Hijack (or something similar). Then extract hijackthis into the folder you have created and run it from there. The reason for this is that Hijackthis cannot create backup files whilst it is being run from a temporary folder.All done, Post a fresh log as there will be more to do after this.
