Please help! New Hijack My Log

I ran Spybot S&D. I am still not able to use my Outlook email and my computer is slower than ever. I used my task manager and saw my CPU at 100%. I am so computer illiterate, but I know that can't be good! Thanks in advance again to whomever helps me!

Hi,

Are you running more than one antivirus monitor ? They may be conflicting, I noticed both McAfee and some BitDefender were listed..

 

I don't run them at the same time. At least, I don't think I do. I have both and use them both but not at the same time. My McAfee begins at start up. The BitDefender doesn't.

My problem began before I downloaded BitDefender, however. IMM told me not to run them at the same time. I thought I had stopped that. I guess I didn't? I am very ignorant. (obviously)

I ended the MSKSrvr.exe process from running today and my CPU usage dropped from 100% to 2%!

I wanted to post this so everyone would know what happened and no more time would be wasted on my log. Also posting so someone else might learn in case they have this problem, too.
