Please help. Just installed NOD, can't get it working

    Glad you got it sorted, but I feel there's one point that needs to be clarified here. The 64-bit element refers to the operating system, not the hardware. As you're using XP Home on both machines, you clearly have a 32-bit version of Windows.

    I am running the 32-bit version of NOD32 on a 32-bit version of XP Pro on an AMD64-based machine and have had none of the problems you describe.

    I am glad you clatified that. I guess it was just dumb luck that this fixed the problem. Seeign that the 64 bit program is compatible with my 32 bit machine, I will probably renew the same program next time.
