Le Friday delight! Here's a detailed review of the Plasma 6.3 desktop environment, tested as part of the KDE neon User Edition distribution on a laptop with AMD processor, integrated graphics and NVMe storage, including upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3, look and feel, customization, visual and functional glitches, system monitor, help pages, Wayland vs X11 functionality, performance and responsiveness, various KDE neon-specific problems like outdated ISO image, buggy installer, package management issues with missing services, missing 32-bit libraries, broken dependencies, and deb-to-snap transition annoyances, some other observations, and more. Take a look.
