Here's a detailed review of the Plasma 6.1 desktop environment, installed and tested as part of the KDE neon User Edition distribution on a laptop with AMD processor and integrated graphics, including various installation-related quirks with power usage and partitioning, problematic default look and feel, display scaling niggles, fuzzy icons, screenshot borders, Windows-like approach to system updates, UEFI firmware update problems and associated Secure Boot nonsense, Plasma System Monitor improvements and regressions, overall desktop performance and responsiveness, switch to X11 session due to issues with Wayland functionality, default browser bug, slow boot and boot sequence visual glitches, some other observations, and more. Have fun.
