Goal is to migrate 2 Tb Disk 0 HD from new HP computer to 120 GB SSD. My HP disk has some partitons that are not mentioned on you PDF manual. Before I overwrite my current SSD that I will put in my new computer I would like to be sure this is going to work. I downloaded PHDM 2012 on 10/9 before 8.1 was released. The table format below sucks.

Disk 0: 6 partitions. all GPTand NTFS from track 0 to last

Part # Vol Label size Gb Comments
1 * Windows RE tools ~1 Gb Windows recovery environment
    2 * --- ~0.36 Gb EFI system part
    3 * --- ~0.13 Gb MS reserve part
4 C Windows 1842 Gb MS basic data part **
5 * --- ~0.35 Gb Windows recovery environment Appeared after 8.1 update cannot be moved
6 D Recovery Image 19 Gb MS basic data part
** before migrate will make partition 90 Gb with 1752 unalocated unless told
    otherwise.
Will there be any trouble with the migration?
Any advise or instructions will be appreciated

Please know that the Microsoft Windows 8.1 is not currently supported, there is a Paragon Hard Disk Manager 14 that should be released within the next few weeks which will support the 8.1 Operating system.

How much will it cost to upgrade since I just purchased 2012 two weeks ago?

If you purchased Paragon Hard Disk Manager 2 weeks ago, you will qualify for a free upgrade to Hard Disk Manager 14 when it is released. Feel free to give us a call and ask for Chris if you have any trouble upgrading when the new version comes out.
