   why failure to locate Ruleset location？but i got Phant0m`s-v7Build7c.rls in the same Folder as Ruleset_Installer_v7-[Build7.1c].exe
   
   Running windows server 20003 R2 Enterprise Service Pack 2，and LNS V2.06 installed in C:\Program Files\Soft4Ever\looknstop
