Should 1.3 be removed prior to downloading 2.0?

 

Hi WilliamP, As this is completely new build it would be best to uninstall V1.300

 

Thank you Pilli for the response. Is there some way to save what I have set up in 1.3 ,so I don't have to go through that again?

 

Your settings won't be deleted with this new installer, so you can safely uninstall without losing your settings. If you want you can back up the pguard.dat just in case.

Thanks Jason. Just how do you back up the dat.

 

Copy it from your SYSTEM32 folder (usually c:\windows\system32) to another place on your hard-drive, that is backing it up.
