This is exactly why I suggested to give screenshot(s) for PestPatrol updates !!!

I know that there is an update coming on; I was informed by Shirley at PestPatrol.

But as long as I don't see it installed on my machine, I will not post an update notification !

At the moment I don't even see it at the PP-site:

And with all due respect: (as said before) I only trust an update (in particular a PP-update) if and when I have seen it on my own box.

I myself could have worded my message in a more friendlier way than I did. So apologies from me too.

You certainly are not to blame; we all have in the past at certain moment fallen victim to this: thinking there was an update, but there wasn't.
