Persistent SG warnings re IE8 search page

After WindowsXP Prof. Login i always get four SpywareGuard warnings concerning the MSIE8 search page (cf. the attached jpg file). I cannot even start working without accepting the changes. But in spite of having accepted them they will reappear after the next login. How can I get rid of those SG warnings? I do not see a pertinent option neither in the SpywareGuard settings nor in the Spybot S&D settings.

These warnings appear since i have accepted a Windows Update concerning IE8. I have had IE6 before (never using it) and constantly refused the upgrade to IE8 up to this unfortunate moment.
