persistent hijacking

I'm plagued with a persistent homepage hijacking that seems to reappear even when apparently removed by Ad-ware and Spybot S&R. I have also downloaded SpywareGuard. It alerts me to 6 attempts to change the homepage each time I log on. I just ran both Spybot S&R and Ad-ware. Ad-ware has successfully removed the names that previously appeared in the hijackthis list this time, but I suspect that they'll be back if you can't help me. The homepage address that takes over is res://mshp.dll/index.html#37049. This and similar listings have appeared in previous hijackthis listings. Anyway, thanks for whatever help you can give me. Hi klw,

Download, unzip and run: CWShredder
Use the Fix button and follow the instructions you will receive.

Then check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
