    Hi all,
    I have a problem when trying to backup in "file and folders" mode.

    I want to exclude from backup a folder whose permission are corrupted, and which cannot be accessed even with administrative rights.
    I write the path of this folder in the exclusion menu (the one in which you can choose file extensions or paths you do not want to backup) but it doesn't work: Acronis tries everytime to access it anyway and returns the error

    Information 15/01/2008 9:10 Failed to backup file or folder
    'D:\...\...\...\...'.
    Access to the file is denied. (0x40014)
    function = "GetFileAttributesW"
    Tag = 0xA8A1022BD18AE20A
    Access is denied. (0xFFF0)
    code = FFFFFFFF80070005
    Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB816: Retry/Ignore/Cancel

    I could reply "Cancel" for a few times, but the problem is that the backup is scheduled for late night and it would be a little difficult for me to follow the entire process.
    Is there any way to force the "Ignore" for this error message?

    Is there any other possible solution?

    Thanks.
