Here's a review of the Pencil Project, a free, open-source, cross-platform GUI prototyping tool available as a standalone program or a Firefox addon, which allows you to create powerful mockups and visual demonstrations of product design, including GUI design with native themes, diagrams, sketches, stencils, and more.
