    Hallo all,

I beg your pardon for my dumbness,

Im trying to make an image of my computer on an external hard disk (CnMemory).
I have two partition, one is in FAT, the other in NTFS (OS XP sp3).
I start the back-up, selecting my two partion (c and d) and the external volume (f), but after a while a windows pop out asking me where to find the next archive volume; two file of 0 and 3 KB are created, with extention 000 and PBF.
The overall progress is at 0%
If I don't select anything, the operation is interrupted and the error 0x1113 (impossible to initialize VSS) appears.
    What am I doing wrong?
What am I supposed to do?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello tinauser,

This can be cause due to a possible bug in the program. Can you try running the backup from the recovery CD?

To make the CD, in Paragon DB 9, Tools > Recovery Media Builder, and burn a typical CD.

Or from your account, download the WinPE RCD file to create the CD.

If all else fails, please contact us 1 888 347 5462

Is it still a bug in BB 10.1 ? I just experienced the exact same thing.
