    Hi,
    I am running V 3.0.672.0
I have received an upgrade notice to V 3.0.695.0
The update size is 6741884 bytes

I am running XP V. 5.12600 SP 3 Build 2600 with high speed cable connection.

    Problem

I have tried several times to upgrade, I shut down all unnecessary programs (I don't touch any eset products), then click the OK on the PCU upgrade notice, and leave my PC overnight to download the PCU.

I have left it for as long as 18 hours, and upon returning NOD32 still appeared to be off, and no indication it upgraded.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or how I can accomplish this another way?

Is my system vulnerable during the download when NOD32 seems to shutdown?

    Thanks
    Scott

You could go directly to the ESET download page and download v3.0.695.

    http://www.eset.com/download

You'll find version 3 under the "Home PC Users (Previous Release)". If you are using the Business Version it would be under the "Business Users (Previous Release".

    Hello hayuitsme,

Using the link rockshox provided you can download the latest 3.0 build. Have you tried using version 4.2? I would recommend downloading 4.2, uninstalling your current version and then installing the 4.2 version. The version upgrade is free for customers with an active license.

    Thank you,
    Richard
