PCTools Internet Security

does anyone have a CURE(something pctools dont have),for the constant lock ups i get when i try & run PCTools Internet Security

program worked fine on Win XP Pro,

i'm running Windows 7 Pro 64-Bit

And for some strange reason PCTools cant or wont answer my cry for help, i keep getting asked which version of the program i have installed i cant even get to that part due to the lock up, i have spent the best part of a day in following thr instructions on how to install & un-install

 

boott in SafeMode in Win7 and remove it or using system restore to restore the system to before you installed it
