    Actually that is a damned good question! According to the list you provided there is not much of a difference between the two FWs anymore.

    Are you using the PC Tools firewall?

    Does it allow application filtering with specific settings for ports/IP addresses?

    Just installed it now for a quick comparison:

    * Looks much nicer and seems more user friendly.

    * Application control is just on/off for allowing access, you don't seem to be able to specify only certain IPs/ports for certain apps. Thus, this bit is dumbed down.

    * General firewall rules still seem to be in place.

    * No plug-in ability (don't think).
