PC-cillin Antivirus 11

    Need help.Installed PC-cillin around Dec. 28th,installed xp update Jan 1st.Last scan shown in records is on the 1st. Try to manually scan now and I get (can not start scan engine) message.Because it was installed to use with windows 98, will it not work with xp?Any help would be appreciated as this is all new to me.Geek squad in Best Buys had no problem selling me these things, but say I can't be helped over the phone.

    go to the trend micro site and download the trial version of the av you have that is for XP instead of win98 and just use the reg number you already have and it should work just fine

    Can't find any xp trial versions.Found free scan.Found nothing that says antivirus,many other trend products.Is my version outdated? Bought it recently.
