Password question

    My settings is protected by password and i cant find it, how to get on without it? Its not possible to uninstall either without the password...

    Still having the same problem. downloaded the unlock file, got a password from Eset but it doesnt help, any suggestions?

    found the problem, forgot to start the unlock file as admin:)
