Password Problem

    Greetings....today when i booted up Nod V.2 it asked me for password and username. This has not happened since i bought it about a year ago. I have received no popup telling me i need to renew. I have popups blocked at browser but i would think the Nod popup would not be browser related. Went to the Nod site .....faq...clicked link that should have been of help but none of their links on that page are working ( for me ). Any thoughts :doubt:

    In case your license has already run out, NOD32 would have notified you only in case you have NOD32 2.0 with program components 2.000.8 or newer installed. If you are sure your user/pass are entered correctly in the update setup panel, please email your username to support@nod32.com and ask them to verify it.

    By the sounds of it, you may be up for renewal.

    Renewal can be purchased through your local reseller, local distributor or www.nod32.com

    Ok..thanks guys...found me license and it ran out yesterday...no word from nod though...enjoy the rest of the weekend.

    Rainwalker, please check the NOD32 program component version number. Automatic notification has been supported as of v. 2.000.8

    Hello Marcos.....i have V. 2.000.9....still no notification from Nod...

    NOD does not notify the user about the expiry after his license has alredy run out. We found a glitch which in rare cases might have caused the user to not receive a notification and we mended it about a week ago. Everyone running NOD32 2.000.8 or newer should get a notification now.

    You may or may not want to renew. If you do want to renew, I would suggest calling Eset, talk to Yvette about a two year license. It is worth the price of the call believe me.
    You will have your new password almost immediately.
