I didn't know about this Holiday, but since I LOVE all the fun and energy that comes across to the Forum from your direction, HAPPY AUSTRALIA DAY!!!

OZ is truly a perfect nick for you all :D

Thanks for coming here to learn, share, to teach, joke, laugh and make us laugh so hard sometimes it hurts!! And the humanity and caring certainly don't go un-noticed!

It's wonderful to have so many friends from all over this world, it truly is like a family, Wilders' is!!

So, tommorrow, or is it already today there? Either way,

Have a great Holiday and celebrate for us, too! We'll pay ya back on the Fourth!!:D

    Most likely sooner than that!!:D

    Cheers!!

    Marja:cool:

    Hi Guys,
Thanks for the wishes on our "Australia Day". The barbie looks like it is cancelled today as it is teeming with rain......and we await a possible cyclone. Will probably findtime for a few 'soothing ales' later on though!
    Cheers
    Buck.

Just tried to pass a few duckels over the bar at my local this afternoon and ended up tossed out on my ear in the carpark! Ouch! The exchange rate must be down a bit?

Not wishing to add a dampener to these proceedings, but you mention "cyclone" bigbuck. :)

This is a picture of my house on Xmas morning 1974 in Darwin. I can laugh about it now, but I didn't then... and I have wonderful memories of you Aussies at that time.... (just a shame about the Ashes :D) Happy Australia Day!!
