Partition Manager Personal 10

Will this product allow me to shrink a Windows 7 x64 Partition (C smaller then the provided Microsoft Windows 7 Utilities? I understand that the Microsoft shrink utility stops when it encounters systems files. Will Paragon Partition Manager move these files and allow a smaller partition? Thanks, Dave

 

Yes.

It will take a little while to actually move files as opposed to just shrinking free space.
