parental control-not working

    I have set to role of child in parental control.But ESS is not blocking social networking sites or adult sites or in short to say parental control is not working.this makes me to doubt whether web access protection is workingo_O??help me..

    For parental control, you must use a limited account when navigating.

    so since i am an adminstrator parental control will not work ah?but i want it to work in my adminstrator account........any suggestionso_O??
