Paragon System Backup 2010 can not be registered

Dear Sir/Madam,

I got an email with registration code for Paragon System Backup 2010, but when I use them (Product Key and Serial#) to unlock the product, I always get "Unlock Product Key or Serial Number is not valid" even I use Copy & Paste those codes.

What is wrong there?

When cutting and pasting each, after you have pasted them in, hit the "end" key on your keyboard to run the cursor to the end of the pasted string. I think what you are going to find is that you have a stray "blank character" on one, or possibly both fields. Go to the end, and tab back to delete any/all stray blanks.

Ask me how I know this.....
