Among Paragon's many backup/imaging applications is Paragon Rescue Kit.
There is a free and professional edition.

Paragon Rescue Kit 14 Free Edition looks pretty cool.
A stand out on the main interface are the two backup and restore methods. Virtual Disk and Postmortem.
There is also a Boot Corrector.

Sometimes I think that Paragon have too many similar applications. It can be confusing.

I haven't been able to find a version 14 for the professional edition, but the free edition looks interesting.
    Has anyone tried it?

I did try it. It is just to confusing for me compared to other solutions, so I got rid of it.

    Is it?
The interface looked pretty straight forward, but I guess it is deceiving.

I thought was certainly compared to Macrium, and even to IFW

This Kit is intended for Paragon users. It´s not a replacement for Macrium or other imaging program.

To create a rescue boot medium using Paragon programs has become complicated. This Kit uses a new and better procedure to to that, but it still has some problems. And I keep getting some strange "side effects" when I use Paragon boot media that were created using WinRE.

That isn't the way the offer in the Email I got presented it. It was presented as a free imaging program. And I agree quite a bit in it is more complicated then it need be.

How reliable has Paragon been in the past for creating and restoring Images?

    Hi All

I stand corrected. It was the Backup and Recovery Free Edition, that I tried, and that my comments apply. Sorry for the confusion.

I think it is quite easy to use:p
Just click the function option(express launcher), it has a wizard step by step for users to choose
But I like its full scale launcher more, because I do not like step by step and more options I can choose directly.

In the past, Paragon's speed is very slow, so I have not used it for imaging. But now its speed is increased, and it is not bad as an imaging app.

Try to use its full scale launcher, maybe it is better for you. I think it is easier than IFW to use.

I am afraid I have no more interest in it. Macrium and IFW are working fine for me. Thanks for the suggestion though
