On the download page, I read -
"We would like to inform you that Microsoft has changed its license conditions, meaning that software vendors will no longer be allowed to offer WinPE media directly. We recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of your product to get access to our new Paragon Boot Media builder which allows you to create a WinPE boot media yourself".
Does this mean that my Paragon Recovery CD from HDM 2010 will not work with my new edition of Windows 7 and that I must upgrade to HDM 2012?
    Thanks,

No. HDM 2010 fully supports Win 7. Warning means that now, you can't download prepared WinPE. Now, in new versions, e.g. HDM 2012, it needs to create yourself by Boot Media builder.
