Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X 10 for Seagate does not work USB hard disk

Hi,
I installed Paragon NTFS for Mac OS X 10 for Seagate.
but it does not work with USB hard disk which contain Seagate drive.

Do I need any extra step expect software installation ?

I use MacOS X 10.6.8. Macbook Pro.
My USB hard drive has Seagate ST1000LM 010-9YH146

 

Unfortunately, Seagate is required to handle the first tier of support for the software, I would recommend contacting them directly for assistance.

My apologies Orca, I thought the software you were using was from the Seagate ext drives, which is provided with purchase of one of their devices. That version is to be supported by Seagate, it's in the agreement we have with them. Not really a matter of choice. Please clarify what issues you are having with the software.
