I have a corrupted Windows 10 hard drive that I want to restore from a Paragon HDM 17 Advanced image backup from May.
I built a Recovery Disk (USB) ok, but after I booted from the USB drive to restore the full image backup (stored on a separate external USB drive), I got this message
"Failed to import ... the backup already exists in the database ... "

Any idea or suggestion on how to proceed? Do I have to erase the older hard drive or something else?

Thanks sdmod for the link and information! Although Windows 10 was missing some functions, I was able to start Paragon HDM 17 in Windows and (correctly) select the "restore" function which allowed me to select the latest full restore point. HDM verified my external USB and restore, reboot and finish the process, all with help of Paragon PDF manual. Thanks!!
