Paragon HDM 12 causing error with Windows 8.1 (Stub library wasn't initialized)

    Greetings,

    today I got new computer with Windws 8.1 pre-installed, first thing to do was insalling PHDM on it so that I could rearrange partitions to my eeds but surprisingly the bluescreen console launcher is giving this error whenever I need perform operations requiring reboot:

    "Some error occurred: Stub library wasn't initialized"

    I'm curious if that's a Paragon incompatibility or something else. I found some german written topics already posted about this error, but not understand too well. Any helpful solution would be appreciated.
