Why sometimes Paragon Drive Backup 10 free, at the startup of the pc, boots by itself (similar as I boot pc from a cd/dvd) without having request to do it ?
In this case (several cases till nowadays) I have to press esc key to stop the process.
Also this morning pc gave me "bad_pool_caller" error on blue screen.
Why all this and above all, how to avoid it ?
    Thanks in advance.

Did you have the bootable CD/DVD or USB inside or connected to the PC? Otherwise, did you queue up a task for the next restart? Depending on which screen are you booting up to, you can either remove the media or update the MBR to cancel pending task.

The special boot started with no usb connected neither have a boot cd/dvd on cd/dvd reader.
In fact in the white screen was reported an errorr because Paragon did not find the drive ....).
After having press esc the system (same as before: no usb no cd/dvd inserted) restarted normally with XP.
This happens sometimes but not all the times I reboot the pc.

How to fix MBR and above all how has been created this annoying situation ?

    Thanks

In DB 10, under "Hard Disk" "Update MBR".

    Very dangerous update ....
Not be done until having made at least two copies on different disks of the system disk ....
    I shall try later.
    Thanks

In scheduled Task window and in archives, where is the destination disk field ?

And where is the dimension of archives field ?

Possbile an option to clean the erased archives (those in grey color) automatically fixing the database at once ?

    Am I boring you ?
    Thanks
